The Managing Director Graham Pheby M.Ed (Management and Organisation of Schools / Exeter)     Graham has been an educator for forty years during which time he has worked thirty-one years outside of the U.K., twenty- three years of which were spent as Principal in six schools: - a company school, a trust school and four privately owned 'for profit' schools. He has worked in the U.K., Malta, Cyprus, Nigeria, Libya, Istanbul/Turkey, Kuwait, Malaysia and Uganda.     His experience has been gained primarily in expanding schools, developing new schools and turning around struggling schools. The expertise he has in this area has been in improving standards across all operations; professional recruitment, personnel management, administrative organization, curriculum development, pastoral care, financial management, marketing, cross site management, adding secondary to primary, opening pre-schools, school and IB accreditation, strategic planning and restructuring, and crisis management. In fact, wherever he has worked, he has built professional, positive and happy teams; improved standards and expectations; and increased numbers on role considerably.
